Job summary

Lowcodegrowth is seeking a freelance recruiter to convert an existing US-based professional network into targeted prospect lists for US insurance and portfolio management products. You will earn per verified lead and per qualified lead, with bonuses based on monthly and annual performance.

There are no fixed hours or resignation requirements. The role leverages your existing recruiter conversations; you will add two scripted questions and forward leads to a shared tracking sheet.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years US IT Recruitment or related fields including staffing or lead generation.
• Experience with lead generation, data entry, or research.
• High attention to detail (95%+ accuracy).
• Good written English and reliable internet access.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Insurance industry exposure and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Ask two questions at the end of existing recruiting calls (script provided).
• Share qualified leads through WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
• We handle the closing and all paperwork.

Role & responsibilities

- Keep your current US IT staffing job. While adding extra income every month on the side.

- This role exists to convert an existing personal network of US-based professionals into targeted prospect lists for our US based Life, Accident, Health insurance and Portfolio Management division by sourcing, verifying, and compiling complete customer profiles.

WHAT THIS IS
- You already speak to US-based IT professionals every day. We sell US insurance and portfolio management products to exactly those people.

- Your existing contact list is the asset. We just need you to ask two extra questions at the end of calls you are already making.
- This is a freelance, commission-only side role. No fixed hours. No attendance targets. No resignation required.

Perks and benefits

Earn 250 per verified lead, plus an additional 250 for every qualified lead. On top of that, receive a 1% monthly bonus and a 1% annual bonus both calculated on the total business you generate for a month and whole year respectively. First 3 Leads get paid double.
