ProGlobal Marketing LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced part-time recruiter to own the hiring process. You will post vacancies, source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews while coordinating final interviews with management.

We primarily hire for licensed insurance sales agents, call-center staff, and team leaders. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Two+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for sales, insurance, call-center, or customer-service roles is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through.

About the Role

We are a growing insurance agency in Houston seeking an experienced part-time recruiter to manage our hiring process. You will take ownership of posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews and assessments, and coordinating final interviews with management.

Our primary hiring needs include licensed insurance sales agents, call-center staff, and team leaders.

Responsibilities

Create and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review résumés and shortlist applicants against agreed hiring requirements.
Conduct first-round phone or video interviews.
Evaluate communication skills, sales experience, reliability, availability, and compensation expectations.
Administer relevant assessments, including sales role-plays and communication exercises.
Verify insurance licensing status where required.
Present shortlisted candidates with clear interview notes and hiring recommendations.
Arrange and participate in final interviews with management.
Follow up with candidates and coordinate offers, start dates, and onboarding handoffs.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and submit a brief weekly hiring report.
Build a candidate pipeline for future vacancies.

Requirements

At least two years of recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting sales, insurance, customer-service, or call-center employees preferred.
Familiarity with Indeed and other candidate-sourcing platforms.
Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage recruitment independently and follow through consistently.
Comfortable using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with life insurance or final-expense sales is a plus. An insurance license is not required for this role.
