You will identify, engage, and onboard licensed life insurance producers, with a strong outbound outreach focus, in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in outbound recruiting within life insurance or financial services, excellent English communication, and the discipline to work independently from a home office.

We are an expanding, independent life insurance agency seeking a proactive, results-driven Life Insurance Recruiter to lead our agent acquisition and growth efforts.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, engaging, and onboarding licensed life insurance producers and ambitious career-changers. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of the phone, loves outbound headhunting, and possesses the relentless work ethic required to build a high-performing sales organization.

What You'll Do

• Active Headhunting & Sourcing: Conduct targeted outbound sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and resume databases to identify top-tier talent.
• Direct Outreach: Execute consistent, multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold/warm calling, SMS, personalized InMails, and email).
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, vetting applicants for sales aptitude, motivation, coachability, and licensing status.
• Pipeline Management: Guide qualified prospects through the interview, licensing, and contracting pipeline with fast, organized follow-up.
• KPI Tracking: Maintain clean CRM/ATS records, monitor conversion metrics, and consistently hit or exceed weekly appointment and onboarding targets.

Who You Are

• Proven Recruiting Experience: Minimum 1-2+ years of outbound recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (experience in life insurance, financial services, or high-ticket 1099 sales environments is a major plus).
• High-Activity Outreach Mindset: You enjoy direct prospect outreach and are comfortable picking up the phone and engaging candidates directly.
• Relentless Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting without micromanagement.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value, overcome candidate hesitations, and generate excitement.
• Organized & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruiting CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
