Job summary

InsuranceRevenue.com is seeking an ambitious Affiliate Manager to recruit top-performing marketers and influencers across the US. You will negotiate payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare) and manage an outbound pipeline to drive uncapped daily volume in a compliant, high-performance environment.

You will collaborate with influencers and media buyers to create high-converting creatives, track performance, and optimize campaigns while adhering to US insurance marketing regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Partnership Manager, or Talent/Influencer Acquisition Manager in a performance-driven environment.
• A hunter mentality with demonstrable success cold-outreaching, negotiating, and closing partnerships from scratch.
• Deep comfort with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, EPC, LTV, ROAS, CR%) and attribution mechanics (server-to-server postbacks, pixels, UTM parameters).
• Sharp written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes partner conversations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and recruit top-performing affiliate marketers, media buyers, comparison sites, email marketers, and newsletter operators.
• Source and onboard personal finance, automotive, homeownership, and lifestyle influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast networks.
• Negotiate payout models including CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, and hybrid/flat-fee creator sponsorships.
• Maintain an outbound recruitment pipeline, hitting weekly and monthly outreach targets.
• Guide partners from contract sign-off to live traffic.
• Set up tracking links, pixels/postbacks, sub-IDs, and custom landing page flows.
• Work with influencers and buyers to supply high-converting ad creatives and compliant scripts.
• Monitor traffic quality, CVR, EPC, and lead backing-out metrics to keep campaigns profitable.
• Serve as the dedicated contact for your book of business, scaling campaigns through proactive communication.
• Monitor incoming traffic and leads for anomalies and non-compliant methods.
• Ensure all affiliate ads and influencer content follow US insurance marketing regulations and FTC rules.
