Centerfield is a fast-growing digital marketing partner headquartered in Silicon Beach. We own and grow a book of insurance accounts, driving auto and home policy acquisitions from inbound warm transfers.

You will manage campaigns, optimize pricing, and deliver measurable outcomes in a revenue-forward role. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in account management or sales, are data-driven, and comfortable discussing pricing and results over the phone.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in account management or sales in performance marketing, lead gen, or insurance.
• Able to own a revenue number and manage a high-volume book.
• Strong grasp of conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI.
• Turn data into clear actions and recommendations.
• Confident communicator on pricing, expectations, and results.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations, not email-only.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns within an account.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel.
• Organized and accountable.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a book of ~100–125 accounts at ~ $5K/month spend.
• Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new campaigns.
• Build and manage portfolios of campaigns across targeting, filters, and pricing.
• Lead performance conversations using conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI.
• Align bids and structure to achieve profitable customer acquisition.
• Identify underperformance and adjust pricing, targeting, and expectations.
• Partner with media and operations to improve call quality and volume.
• Maintain retention through consistent performance and value delivery.
