Bpo Integra is seeking an affiliate marketing expert to lead and grow our advertiser-side affiliate program in the United States. You will own the strategy, recruit and manage partners, and optimize performance across networks and platforms.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, creating enablement materials, and tracking key metrics like revenue, EPC, and CPA to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs on the advertiser side.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major affiliate network and proper configuration knowledge.
• Proven track record recruiting and retaining affiliates, publishers or creators.
• Strong understanding of commission modeling, program economics, and ROI.
• Familiarity with attribution models, tracking tags, and analytics integration.

Responsabilités

• Own the affiliate program strategy, goals, tiers, commissions, cookies, and payout terms.
• Build and manage the program on networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, or Shopify Collabs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage publishers, content creators, and influencers for the brand.
• Negotiate partner terms and promotional campaigns with high-value partners.
• Create enablement materials like assets, promo codes, landing pages, and briefs.
• Monitor revenue, EPC, conversion rate, AOV, and CPA, and optimize accordingly.
