InsuranceRevenue.com in the US seeks an Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our partner ecosystem. You will hunt, recruit, onboard, and optimize both traditional performance affiliates and digital influencers to drive high-intent traffic to our auto and home insurance offers.

You will negotiate payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare), manage a growth-focused book of business, and ensure campaigns stay compliant with US advertising rules while delivering profitable results for

Qualifications

2–5+ years in Affiliate/Partnership/Influencer roles in a performance marketing environment.
Hunter mentality with a track record of closing partnerships from scratch.
Strong comfort with CPA, CPL, EPC, ROAS metrics and attribution.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Identify, pitch, and recruit top affiliate marketers and creators.
Negotiate payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare) and deal terms.
Onboard partners, set up tracking links, pixels/postbacks, and landing page flows.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for profitability for partners and InsuranceRevenue.com.
Maintain proactive, high-quality relationships with partners and creators.
