Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a seasoned HR & Payroll Business Partner to support U.S. operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll while delivering day-to-day HR support to managers and staff.

You will help ensure compliance and consistency of HR and payroll processes across the organization, partnering with HR and payroll teams regionally and training on Mexico and Brazil payroll backups as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in HR, business, accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience, including strong U.S. payroll processing responsibilities.
• Experience independently managing U.S. payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees; supporting managers and staff across ER, performance, onboarding, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accurate, timely U.S. payroll for ~250 employees, including exempt and nonexempt.
• Review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting ensuring compliance with federal/state rules.
• Act as primary HR resource for managers and employees on employee relations, policies, and workplace matters.
• Support lifecycle activities: onboarding, changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations, performance improvements, and documentation.
