Job summary

Quasar Medical | Medical Device Manufacturer in Minnesota seeks an experienced HR professional to support our US operations. This role partners with our PEO to ensure compliant, smooth HR operations, accurate employee records, onboarding and offboarding, and policy administration.

You will act as a strategic HR partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Technology, driving talent development, succession planning, leadership capability, and workforce planning to

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of HR experience with exposure to US employment practices.
• Familiarity with PEO administration, payroll systems, and benefits management.
• Strong understanding of US labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in performance management and talent development preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers.
• Coordinate with the PEO on payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR processes.
• Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Partner with business leaders on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Support compensation, promotion, and organisational change decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and provide people-related insights to leadership.
• Support recruitment activities and critical hiring needs as required.
