Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent field.
• 5+ years' experience in an HR-related role.
• PHR certification preferred.
• JD Edwards proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support a high growth business.
• Coaches leaders on topics that impact business results.
• Reviews employee data to identify trends and recommends improvements.
• Identifies onboarding goals and creates an onboarding experience for new employees.
• Improves employee engagement, performance, retention, and experience.
• Addresses leadership and employee learning and development needs.
• Provides management coaching to build leadership capabilities.
• Improves HR processes, systems and delivery; suggests ideas based on data.
• Handles employee relations issues; provides HR advice and direction.
• Leads special projects and tracks milestone accomplishments.
• Analyzes trends with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Participates in HR policies development and administration.
• Assists Recruitment with sourcing qualified candidates.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned.
