QT9 Software is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the U.S. and Ireland, partnering with leadership and guiding recruiting, benefits, compensation, and HR operations as the company grows.

The role involves performance management, policy development, and HR analytics to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across offices, with emphasis on robust onboarding and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least seven years of progressive HR experience in a growing organization.
• Experience as a primary HR leader, coaching managers on employee relations and performance.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment requirements across multiple states.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation coordination, HR operations, and performance management.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with judgment, discretion and documentation.
• Strong communication, prioritization and project execution skills to translate business needs into HR processes.
• Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools and digital workflows.
• Active SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function and build practical people programs supporting growth.
• Partner with leadership, coach managers, and recruit, employee relations, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Work with Finance, department leaders, benefits brokers, payroll providers, employment counsel, and local HR resources.
• Oversee U.S. HR compliance across locations and coordinate Ireland requirements.
• Improve HRIS and analytics; HR technology improvements.
• Own performance management process and career paths.
• Develop job descriptions and competency expectations.
• Identify training needs and succession planning for critical roles.
• Coordinate compensation benchmarking and annual pay planning.
• Manage external HR partners and improvements.
