Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state operations.
• Experience leading complex workplace matters and supporting sales teams.
• Excellent communication and business acumen; ability to influence leaders.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead US HR strategy and operations for a medical device company.
• Partner with leaders to drive talent planning, workforce development, and engagement.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
