Job summary

YouLend Limited is seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead the US HR function from our Atlanta office. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers across the US, delivering practical and consistent HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will own day-to-day HR delivery, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement and offboarding, while guiding and developing the HR Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Manager or similar hands-on role in a fast-growing organisation.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law; GA experience preferred.
• Proven experience in employee relations and recruitment.
• Ability to coach and develop junior HR staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first HR contact for employees and managers across the US.
• Manage and develop the HR Coordinator and oversee day-to-day HR administration.
• Handle employee relations, performance, onboarding, development and offboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers for timely hires.
• Ensure HR policies and processes comply with US federal, state and local law.
• Collaborate with the HR leadership team and regional partners to maintain alignment.
