Job summary

YouLend in Atlanta, GA seeks a proactive HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR across the US. You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, delivering practical support through the full employee lifecycle.

Based in our Atlanta office, you will own employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and engagement, while developing the HR Coordinator and driving compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a growing organisation.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to coach managers and guide HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR matters across the US business.
• Lead day-to-day HR delivery including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Develop and coach the HR Coordinator and ensure core HR processes run smoothly.
• Partner with HR leadership and managers to align with US requirements.
