Job summary

AZZO is expanding its US team and seeks a proactive People & Culture Generalist to support recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and learning and development across the US.

You will collaborate with business leaders and the global People & Culture team to ensure our processes align with US employment requirements and drive effective people management practices. The role offers flexible working arrangements and meaningful contributions to our sustainable energy mission.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with managers and employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance to employees and managers on company policies, employment practices, and routine people matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers on candidate selection, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Support employee onboarding, performance reviews, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
• Provide initial support on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conduct, and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate employee learning and development activities, mandatory training, and engagement initiatives.
• Support the localization of global HR policies and processes to align with US employment laws and workplace practices.
