RZR Global Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Global Head of People to own People Operations across the US and EMEA, partnering directly with the CEO and COO on global strategy and consolidating the function under a single owner.

This high-ownership role covers recruiting, retention, onboarding, performance management, employee experience, compliance, and HR business partnership for the US, EMEA, and Armenia teams, with a focus on consistency and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR and People Ops experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong structured hiring expertise with global HC process experience.
• Deep knowledge of US federal/state employment law; GDPR/UK knowledge a plus.
• Experience with performance systems, manager development, and org design at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead all People Operations for US and EMEA and contribute to global strategy.
• Consolidate the global People function and define operating model with regional leads.
• Partner with CEO/COO to build a scalable, high-performance People function.
• Coach managers and leaders; drive requirements for hiring quality and org health.
• Own onboarding, culture initiatives, and employee experience across regions.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and global HC process adherence.
