Job summary

Medius is hiring a US HR Advisor to support compliance, HR operations, and payroll services for our US employee population. You will work under the Global Head of HR Operations and collaborate with global HR and payroll colleagues.

The role requires 4+ years in HR generalist/operations, strong knowledge of US employment laws, and experience with HRIS (HiBob) and E-Verify. Exposure to ADP TotalSource is a plus, with autonomy to manage day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience with US HR laws knowledge.
• Experience with I-9 and E-Verify; familiarity with ADP TotalSource a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver US HR processes with compliance to federal/state/local laws.
• Guide managers/employees on HR policies; escalate complex matters.
• Maintain US HR policy framework and employee handbook updates.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS (HiBob) and audits of personnel records.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to start date; manage ADP TotalSource data.
• Support compensation, benefits and payroll processes; assist with 401(k) administration.
• Monitor compliance and support HR project efforts; partner with global HR.
