Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR Operations across the United States. You will optimize HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee records while ensuring an employee-focused, scalable experience.

The role requires 10+ years in HR Operations within large multi-state organizations, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HR Operations/Shared Services in 1,000+ employee organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces.
• Experience administering HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle programs.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, migrations, and integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, ATS, timekeeping, performance, and LMS.
• Experience working with PEOs, EORs, contingent workforce programs, and employment vendors.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations across the U.S. workforce.
• Develop and improve HR processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
• Ensure a positive and consistent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational HR matters.
• Own and optimize HR tech platforms including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead HRIS implementations, enhancements, integrations and automation.
