Job description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter (100% Remote) with at least 4 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), social media, internal databases, and ATS tools to source candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Negotiate pay rates, availability, and placement logistics with candidates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings.
• Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and increase retention.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, roles, and compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, etc.).
• Proven experience using ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva) and job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiating capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a US night shift environment.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
