We’re expanding and on the hunt for an experienced Staffing Recruiter who specializes in industrial and skilled trades. If you've filled roles like welders, pipefitters, riggers, electricians, and millwrights—you already speak our language.

The Role:

You’ll support fast-paced, high-volume recruiting efforts for skilled trade talent across the U.S. This is a remote role for someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and knows how to build strong pipelines of reliable craft professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Source and recruit qualified tradespeople for contract/project roles

Manage full-cycle recruiting—from job post to placement

Screen resumes, verify trade certifications, and conduct candidate interviews

Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment checks

Maintain candidate pipelines and build long-term talent relationships

You'll Bring:

3+ years of recruiting in skilled trades, industrial, or marine staffing

Strong track record in high-volume recruiting

Deep knowledge of craft roles—welders, fitters, electricians, riggers, etc.

Solid sourcing skills (job boards, referrals, social media, databases)

Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
