CADDi's US office is seeking a high-impact leader from day one to own critical initiatives shaping our US growth. You will work closely with the executive team, including the CEO, to drive go-to-market and cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English. You will help scale CADDi's US operations, guide key decisions, and contribute to a thriving startup

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US (e.g., citizenship or STEM OPT).
• Available to start by August 2026.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
• Proactive owner mindset in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to design, execute, and iterate GTM and customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive cross-functional projects ensuring alignment between Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to maximize impact.
