Job summary

Aon is seeking a bilingual leader to translate global growth strategy into scalable enablement frameworks across JGS and US markets. You will drive pipeline governance, operating cadences, and sales execution with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytics, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision making and outcomes.

Based in the U.S., the role supports Japan Business leadership and collaborates with regional leadership across the Americas, Japan, and global solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy planning and organizational effectiveness within complex or global organizations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution across multiple parties.
• Familiarity with business analytics and data-driven decision making.
