Bigblue is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the US expansion in the Workplace Design & Build sector. Based around San Francisco/Bay Area, the role focuses on building relationships and winning projects across the US.

Ideal candidates will already be well connected within commercial office fit-out and related markets, able to open doors and represent the business at a senior level. Significant commission opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Requires established network in Bay Area and wider US commercial property market.
• Experience in developing long-term client relationships and opening doors.
• Comfortable operating at senior level and representing the business externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities through your existing network in the Bay Area and across the US.
• Qualify opportunities and work with design, pre-construction and delivery teams to win live projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with client-side project managers and workplace decision-makers.
