Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Business Development Director to drive the US growth in the commercial office fit-out and workplace design & build sector. Based from Austin, you will leverage your existing network to originate opportunities and win work across the US.

You will work with the UK/EMEA-backed team to build the brand, pipeline and relationships at senior levels with client-side project managers and decision-makers. This is an autonomous, high-visibility role with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Established network across the US commercial property market.
• Experience in opening doors and developing senior-level relationships.
• Willingness to represent the business at a senior level.
• Experience in commercial office fit-out or workplace design & build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate opportunities and win work across the US using your existing network.
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with design, pre-construction and delivery teams.
