Expeditors International is seeking a Government Services Compliance professional to ensure government contracting adherence. You will guide teams on import/export procedures, FAR/DFAR applicability, and regulatory training while supporting audits and process improvements.

The role requires US citizenship, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the government services domain.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Demonstrates understanding of applicable Trade Compliance laws and regulations.
• Experience with US Government policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Government Services team on compliance for government contracts.
• Provide guidance on FARs, DFARs, and government import/export procedures.
• Audit planning, internal controls testing, and remediation of deficiencies.
• Develop and update SOPs and training on government contracting requirements.
• Present in customer webinars, seminars, and workshops as required.
