Expeditors is seeking a Government Services specialist to guide compliance for USG shipments and government contracts. You will serve as the primary contact for transactional support, document regulatory requirements, and ensure alignment with FARs/DFARs across multiple shipments and countries.

The role requires deep knowledge of government contracting, auditability, and strong communication skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance within Expeditors’ global

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US Government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with government contracting processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Government Services team on transactional/shipment compliance.
• Document import/export processes and requirements for USG shipments.
• Advise operations on government importations and pre-approvals.
• Lead audits to verify compliance with contracts and Expeditors policies.
• Provide SME insights on FARs, DFARs and agency supplements for Expeditors contracts.
