Job summary

Inside Job Sales is hiring to lead the US launch of an AI platform for metalcasters. You’ll pursue foundry owners and plant managers, running ROI discussions and steering deals from initial call to signature. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel to site visits and trade shows across the US.

You do not need a formal sales background; the team will teach the sales process. Casting knowledge is essential, as is the ability to close large contracts and own the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Casting experience in foundry or casting operation is required or strongly preferred.
• Comfort with travel for site visits and trade shows.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract.

Responsibilities

• Prospect foundry owners, plant managers, and metallurgists.
• Own the deal from first call to signature.
• Engage in ROI conversations around scrap, yield, energy costs, and off-spec heats.
