Job summary

Inside Job Sales is hiring to lead the US launch of an AI platform for metalcasters, selling to foundries and plant managers. You will own the ROI discussions and the sales cycle from first call to signature, with qualified leads provided by the team.

This is a fully remote, nationwide role with travel for site visits and trade shows several times per quarter. The base salary is $40,000 plus a 5% uncapped commission on every contract, typically $50,000–$500,000 per deal.

Qualifications

• Casting experience in foundries or casting operations is required.
• Authorized to work in the US as a W-2 employee without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prospect foundry owners, plant managers, and metallurgists.
• Run ROI discussions on scrap, yield, off-spec heats, and energy costs.
• Travel to site visits and trade shows a few times per quarter.
• Own the deal from first call to signature.
