Job summary

Inside Job Sales is hiring to lead the US launch of an AI platform for metalcasters. You will prospect foundry owners, plant managers, and metallurgists, owning the deal from first call to signature while running ROI conversations on scrap and energy costs.

This full-time W-2 role is fully remote across the US, with a 40,000 base salary plus 5% commission on every contract closed, uncapped. Contracts range from 50,000 to 500,000. casting experience is the ticket.

Qualifications

• Casting experience is the required background.
• Ability to travel for site visits and trade shows several times per quarter.
• A base-plus-commission sales role with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect foundry owners and managers and own the ROI conversation.
• Run ROI discussions on scrap, yield, off-spec heats, and energy costs.
• Travel to foundry sites and trade shows a few times per quarter.
• Own deals from first call to signature and close contracts.
