Job summary

Inside Job Sales is seeking a candidate to lead the US launch of an AI platform designed for metalcasters. You will prospect foundry owners and plant managers, conduct ROI conversations on scrap, yield, and energy costs, and own deals from first call to signature.

The role is fully remote nationwide, with occasional travel for site visits and trade shows. Casting knowledge helps, sales background is teachable, and compensation includes a $40,000 base plus 5% commission on closed contracts

Qualifications

• Experience in foundry or casting operations (melting, pouring, molding, quality, process engineering, maintenance or plant management)
• Strong ability to communicate ROI and value to technical buyers
• Authorized to work in the US as a W-2 employee without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead US launch of an AI platform for metalcasters; own the sales cycle from first call to signature
• Prospect foundry owners, plant managers, and metallurgists; run ROI discussions on scrap, yield and energy costs
• Travel for site visits and trade shows; convert qualified leads into contracts with a base-plus-commission structure
