Job summary

Inside Job Sales is hiring to lead the US launch of an AI platform for metalcasters. You will prospect foundry owners and plant managers, run ROI discussions, and own deals from first call to signature. Fully remote, with quarterly site visits and trade shows.

Base salary is $40,000 plus uncapped 5% commission on contracts, which typically range from $50,000 to $500,000. Casting experience is the key requirement; travel is expected a few times per quarter.

Qualifications

• Casting experience is required.
• Authorized to work in the US as a W-2 employee without sponsorship.
• Able to travel for foundry site visits and trade shows a few times per quarter.
• Comfortable with a base-plus-commission structure; sales role preferred over purely technical work.
• What we can't teach is casting.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting foundry owners, plant managers, and metallurgists.
• Owning the deal from first call to signature.
• Running ROI conversations about scrap, yield, off-spec heats, and energy costs.
• Site visits and trade shows a few times per quarter.
