Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in field operations and commercial roles in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated success leading field teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate franchise strategy into executable field action plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead field effectiveness initiatives to improve execution and customer engagement.
• Establish and lead an account planning capability with governance and adoption.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive excellence in key nephrology practices and accounts.
• Capture field insights and communicate them to inform business decisions.
• Develop scalable best practices into national execution programs.
• Collaborate with Training, Capabilities, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams.
