The role emphasizes account planning excellence, launch readiness, performance management, and field capability development, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Medical to deliver patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of field leadership experience.
• Experience translating strategy into operational execution in matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, storytelling, executive presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms, with Veeva strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field excellence initiatives to improve execution quality and field productivity.
• Establish and lead an Account Planning capability across nephrology practices.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive effective account engagement and field readiness.
• Develop and scale field best practices into national execution strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Commercial Ops to ensure compliant execution.
