Job summary

Nichebox is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead its US D2C business across TikTok Shop and Amazon, driving sales for Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires. You’ll own day-to-day performance, optimise the customer journey and deliver a luxury online experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in e-commerce with hands-on TikTok Shop and Amazon US, plus D2C site management and CRM. Preference for Shopify Plus and a track record of growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce / marketplace management with direct TikTok Shop and Amazon US experience.
• Hands-on D2C website trading, merchandising, content updates and CRM, ideally on Shopify Plus.
• Track record growing marketplace sales and meeting gross-margin targets.
• Experience managing media budgets and external agencies.
• Hands-on experience launching ASINs, building Amazon storefronts and running ads.
• Experience with TikTok Shop operations, affiliate programmes and paid traffic.
• Strong reconciliation and reporting with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading and commercial performance of US D2C sites, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Develop and execute e-commerce, CRM and digital trading strategies for sales growth.
• Optimise merchandising, product listings, promotions and customer journeys.
• Manage external agencies for website, Amazon, and TikTok performance.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and affiliate programmes for engagement and repeat purchase.
• Monitor stock, catalogues and marketplace performance for best customer experience.
• Analyse channel performance and KPIs; provide insights for growth.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on launches and initiatives.
