HP in the United States is seeking a Head of Digital Services for the U.S. Channel to lead the Partner Development Manager (PDM) team and scale HP's digital software and services across the U.S.

partner ecosystem. This leader will own strategy, GTM execution, partner practice development, and revenue performance to position Digital Employee Experience (DEX) as a core channel growth pillar and transform partner motion to recurring, outcome-based services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers accountable for partner practice development, pipeline creation, deal execution support, and revenue growth in HP digital services.
• Define the end-to-end blueprint for launching and scaling HP-based DEX practices, including assessment offers, adoption services, and renewals.
