Simetrik, the AI-native Financial Operations platform, seeks a Director of Demand Generation, US to build and own the US inbound demand engine from the ground up. You’ll target CFOs/COOs/Controllers and Heads of Payments, turning engagement into a predictable pipeline.

You will own SEO, content-led demand, automation, MQL handoff to Sales, webinars, digital programs, and ABM for tier-1 accounts, reporting to the VP of GTM.

Competenze

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation, inbound or growth marketing for enterprise software.
• Proven track record building inbound engines (SEO, content, automation, nurture) for US ICPs.
• Led MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline ownership up to VP/CRO.
• Evidence that organic/content channels fed sustained pipeline beyond vanity metrics.
• Experience running field and events motions with measurable pipeline impact.
• Hands-on builder-operator mentality; ships work before delegating.
• Strong knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls.
• Bias for AI-native execution (AI workflows, content/SEO/research).

Mansioni

• Own the integrated Inbound and Demand Generation engine from strategy to execution.
• Iteratively improve performance with dashboards and weekly data reviews.
• Own Marketing-sourced pipeline (US) and report weekly with Sales.
• Drive ABM for Tier-1 accounts and account-based experiences.
• Lead website and conversion optimization on simetrik.com.
• Oversee webinars, digital programs, and LinkedIn demand programs.
