Job summary

Simetrik, the AI-native Financial Operations Control Platform, is looking for a Director of Demand Generation, US. This remote role will build Simetrik's US inbound demand engine from the ground up, targeting enterprise CFOs, COOs, Controllers, and Heads of Payments.

You will own inbound and demand-gen surfaces, SEO/content-led demand, marketing automation, and the MQL-to-Sales handoff, reporting to the VP of GTM.

Qualifications

10+ years B2B demand generation in enterprise software.
Proven experience building/running inbound demand engines for US enterprise ICP.
Led and defended MQL-to-SQL conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline weekly.
Evidence that organic/content channels fed pipeline.
Experience running field and events motions with measurable pipeline impact.
Hands-on builder-operator mentality; ships work before delegating.
Strong knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls.
Bias for AI-native execution (AI content/SEO/research/account intelligence).

Responsibilities

Own the integrated Inbound and Demand Generation engine from strategy through execution.
Iteratively refine performance using dashboards and weekly data.
Oversee US marketing funnel, ABM for tier-1 named accounts, and executive community building.
Plan and execute SEO, content-led demand, webinars and digital programs.
Manage LinkedIn demand-gen and field/events motions tied to pipeline.
Coordinate with Brand, Content, GTM Engineering and Sales to ensure accountable pipeline.
