Job summary

Movemeon seeks a Director of Client Delivery to lead the US delivery function and build a best-in-class operation in the region. You will own end-to-end delivery, from search strategy and sourcing to candidate experience, in close partnership with Growth and the CEO.

This senior, high-visibility role requires delivering high-quality outcomes for top clients and scaling the US team with a strategic, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within executive search, headhunting, or recruitment.
• Experience leading delivery teams or large-scale client search mandates.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead US client delivery end-to-end, ensuring excellent outcomes.
• Partner with Growth to provide a seamless client journey from origination through delivery.
• Own mandate delivery: search strategy, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Build and manage a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Define playbook, training, and quality standards as the team grows.
• Lay foundations for the US delivery function and leadership as volume scales.
