Job summary

Movemeon is hiring a Director of Client Delivery to build and lead the US delivery function, reporting to the Growth Client Services Director and working closely with the CEO. This senior, high-visibility role is the first dedicated delivery leader in the region, taking full ownership of client and candidate delivery from mandate to placement.

• Track record of managing end-to-end searches and delivering high-profile mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead US client delivery end-to-end across engagements.
• Partner with Growth to ensure seamless client journey from origination through delivery.
• Manage candidate search, screening, shortlisting, and client experience.
• Define search strategy and market mapping for mandates.
• Sourcing and pipeline management across Movemeon's network.
• Set screening standards to ensure high-caliber shortlists.
• Own delivery timelines and key metrics, resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure candidate experience maintains Movemeon's reputation.
• Define playbook and training as the team grows.
• Lead team-building and leadership in US function.
• Collaborate cross-regionally with UK team.
