Job summary

develop is seeking a Recruitment Sales/BD/Client Solutions Manager to lead client development across the US, owning key relationships and driving net-new permanent and contract hiring opportunities.

You’ll map revenue opportunities, expand partnerships, and work with Directors to unlock value across priority accounts. This role offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment with clear progression into senior commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced business development or account management role within recruitment or a related sector.
• Proven ability to generate revenue across permanent and contract hiring.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders face-to-face, via video, and digital channels.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify, prioritise, and convert new business opportunities and cross-sell services.
• High attention to detail when working with CRM data, documentation, and client terms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map key revenue-generating opportunities across develop’s US client base and target market.
• Work with Directors to define and execute strategies for growing revenue within key accounts.
• Deliver a constant flow of new permanent and contract vacancies into different areas of the business.
• Build and foster relationships with senior stakeholders across priority client accounts, increasing develop’s footprint.
• Maintain regular, high-quality contact with decision-makers across chosen accounts.
