Job summary

Tangle Teezer, a brand within BIC World, seeks a US Customer Fulfilment Executive based in New York. The role focuses on supporting the sales order fulfilment cycle, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries across the North America customer base.

You will coordinate with Sales, Fulfilment Center, and 3PL teams to maintain order accuracy and timely dispatch. Hybrid work setup with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven OTIF analysis.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a professional office, operations, transport, or supply chain.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to document processes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales order fulfilment cycle to meet OTIF targets.
• Provide order status visibility to the business.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and 3PL teams weekly.
• Release sales orders to US 3PL for packing and despatch.
• Coordinate replenishment dates with production planners.
• Draft and update SOPs for current processes.
• Maintain cross-references for customers.
• Support OTIF analysis for assigned accounts.
