Tangle Teezer, a global brand within BIC World, is seeking a US Customer Fulfilment Executive to support the sales order fulfilment cycle and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries for the North America customer base.

You will join a cross-functional team, attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, and 3PL partners, and act as the primary contact for accounts, handling order status, replenishments, and SOP updates. The role blends office coordination with travel to 3PL sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a professional office or corporate environment in Operations, Transport, Supply Chain, or Inventory.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve live issues and support projects.
• Must be accountable, work well under pressure and have strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support sales order fulfilment to achieve OTIF targets.
• Provide order status visibility between Sales & Fulfilment Centre and customers.
• Attend weekly cross-functional meetings for live orders and updates.
• Release of sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch.
• Provide replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs; coordinate with Production Planners.
• Key in Purchase Orders for the Fulfilment Team and update SOPs as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and update customer cross references.
• Assist with OTIF analysis and customer onboarding.
