Job summary

Tangle Teezer Ltd in New York seeks a US Customer Fulfilment Executive to support the sales order fulfilment cycle and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to our North America customer base. You will act as the bridge between Sales and Fulfilment Centre, provide timely order status, release orders to the 3PL, and coordinate replenishment with Production Planners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional office/corporate environment (Operations, Transport, Supply Chain, Inventory)
• Strong MS Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
• Analytical mindset to solve live issues in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to document processes and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Support the sales order fulfilment cycle and OTIF deliveries to US customers
• Act as primary contact for account queries and order status communications
• Release sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch
• Provide replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs with Production Planners
• Maintain US goods in transit files and update cross references
