Tangle Teezer, a brand within BIC World, seeks a US Customer Fulfilment Executive based in New York. The role focuses on supporting the sales order fulfilment cycle, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries across the North America customer base.

You will coordinate with Sales, Fulfilment Center, and 3PL teams to maintain order accuracy and timely dispatch. Hybrid work setup with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven OTIF analysis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the sales order fulfilment cycle to meet OTIF targets.
• Provide order status visibility to the business.

• Release sales orders to US 3PL for packing and despatch.
• Coordinate replenishment dates with production planners.
• Draft and update SOPs for current processes.
• Maintain cross-references for customers.

Key Responsibilities

As US Customer Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales order fulfilment cycle, promoting the successful delivery of monthly sales targets with on time and in full deliveries (OTIF) to the Tangle Teezer North America customer base. This role acts as an intermediary between Sales & Fulfilment Centre and is responsible for providing order status visibility to the business.

What you will get to do

• Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and US 3PL teams to provide updates on live orders and distribute the Live List to relevant teams
• Be the primary contact for all queries related to your accounts, communicating any issues that may impact on the fulfilment of orders
• Release of sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch
• Providing Sales Team with replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs through coordination with the Production Planners
• Responsible for keying of Purchase Orders for the Fulfilment Team
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on current ways of working and updating as needed.
• Provide general administrative support as and when required
• Responsible for updating the cross references for Customers
• Support with analysis of OTIF results for assigned accounts
• Support with rework requirements & customer onboarding
• Maintain US goods in transit file updates
• Process US fulfilment centre inbound requests from OEMs

Experience & Skills

Required

• At least one year of experience working in a professional office or corporate environment, speciallywithin any of the following areas is required: Operations, Transport, Supply Chain, Inventory
• Intermediate-level knowledge of MS software in particular MS Excel
• An analytical mindset, supported by intermediate excel skills, using previous experience, to solve live issues and support projects in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to review current process, suggest improvements, implement and support with process documentation
• Must be accountable, work well under pressure and have strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Must be willing to travel to the 3PL location at least once per quarter, including attending the year end stock count, plus occasional domestic and international travel in line with business requirements.

Preferred

• Previous exposure to customer service, order management, operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience working with operational data, stock information, purchase orders, or shipment trackers.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, apparel, consumer goods, or another fast-moving product environment.
