Job summary

Tangle Teezer US Customer Fulfilment Executive roles involve supporting the sales order fulfilment cycle to ensure on-time delivery and OTIF targets for the North America customer base. You’ll act as a bridge between Sales and Fulfilment, provide order visibility, and coordinate with the 3PL for packing and dispatch.

The role emphasizes building SOPs, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively across teams while traveling quarterly to 3PL locations and attending daily/weekly

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a professional office or corporate environment in Operations, Transport, Supply Chain or Inventory
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Analytical mindset using Excel to solve live issues and support projects
• Ability to review current processes and create/update SOPs
• Must be accountable, work well under pressure with strong time management
• Attention to detail and agility in a fast-paced environment
• Strong, clear communication across teams
• Willing to travel quarterly to 3PL locations and occasionally domestically/internationally

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and US 3PL teams to provide updates on live orders and distribute the Live List to relevant teams
• Be the primary contact for all queries related to accounts, communicating issues impacting order fulfilment
• Release sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch
• Provide replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs with Production Planners
• Key in Purchase Orders for the Fulfilment Team
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update as needed
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Update cross references for Customers
• Support OTIF analysis for assigned accounts
• Support with rework requirements and customer onboarding
• Maintain US goods in transit file updates
• Process US fulfilment centre inbound requests from OEMs
