Job summary

givestar is seeking a Charity Account Manager to lead a portfolio of US nonprofit partners as they move from Sales to activation, adoption and growth.

You’ll be the main day-to-day contact, building strong relationships, monitoring fundraising performance and upcoming renewals, and identifying opportunities to deepen the partnership. You’ll use data to inform recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships.
• A track record of managing and growing nonprofit relationships.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with fundraising outcomes, dashboards and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own live charity partners and manage them through activation, adoption and growth.
• Be the main day-to-day contact and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations.
• Use data to understand fundraising performance and advise on optimisations.
• Build account plans, monitor health, renewals, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share partner feedback and product ideas.
