Job summary

Justt is seeking a Senior SME for revenue growth in the US payments space. You’ll act as the externally facing expert in chargebacks and payments, shortening sales cycles and raising win rates among strategic US accounts.

You will sit between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CS and Product, shaping the US payments strategy with a voice that resonates in the market. Equity and PTO are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, chargebacks, fraud or risk at enterprise level.
• Deep knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, American Express dispute rules, alerts and RDR, 3DS, and monitoring programs.
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales (pre-sales, advisory, or SME).
• A working network among US Heads of Payments, Fraud and Risk.
• Strong public speaker with a record of panels, talks, or published content.
• Commercial mindset: can link dispute strategy to merchant’s revenue, cost, and customer experience, and Justt’s commercial objectives
• Works independently and creates momentum fast, without formal authority, while adapting to shifting business needs

Responsibilities

• Senior SME for revenue growth and strategic accounts (~20%).
• External representation at conferences, events and forums (~25%).
• Partner with Sales on complex, high-value deals (~35%).
• Thought leadership and client-facing content (~15%).
• Voice of the customer internally (~5%).
