Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management within US B2B telecom carriers.
Proven ability to lead and grow channel initiatives with Mid-Market/Enterprise carriers.
Track record of defining and executing high-level growth strategies.
Strong leadership to coach and develop a sales team.
Excellent executive communication, presentations, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Define and own a comprehensive growth strategy to expand market share through US carriers.
Build and expand strategic partnerships with carrier programs and joint business plans.
Translate national strategy into regional plans for consistent execution.
Identify and address regional market dynamics and opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop Mid-Market Sales Specialists for channel velocity.
Drive sustained market share growth and maximize channel ROI.
Monitor performance with data insights and optimize programs accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
