Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Mid-Market Carrier Channel Account Specialist to grow awareness of our client’s products with national and regional carriers. You will build channel relationships, present technical solutions to decision makers, and drive sales growth in a remote Florida role.

You’ll work with carrier managers and sales teams, manage outreach via email/phone, enter activities in Salesforce, and support opportunities from qualification to close. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling or educating on technical products.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client value proposition and communicate it to Carrier Account Managers and customers.
• Engage stakeholders and qualify opportunities.
• Drive demand and new business with carrier partners.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar with carriers.
• Provide frontline sales support and help close deals.
• Capture activity in Salesforce and report on pipeline.
