Job summary

PhotonPay is seeking a senior, US-based leader to own network and bank relationships, drive direct membership, and manage programme economics. You will own and grow the US networks, oversee sponsorships, and push pilots to scale with a focus on strategic partnerships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fintech network partnerships.
• Experience with card networks or issuer relationships is a plus.
• Ability to articulate complex network economics clearly to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow PhotonPay's relationships with card networks in the US, including membership, incentives and pilots.
• Lead readiness for direct membership go-live: BIN setup, settlement funding, and compliance at principal-member standard.
• Manage sponsor bank relationships and maintain backup options; qualify a second sponsor.
• Enter new programmes, negotiate interchange tiers and incentives, and maintain a 12–24 month roadmap with the Head of Business, Americas.
• Ensure compliance and track network mandates with zero findings in year one.
